Our consultations are never rushed, and our vets will always do everything they can to make your pet feel comfortable during their visit. Appointments are always 15 minutes long, as we take our time to thoroughly examine your pet. Pets new to the practice and young pets are always given double appointments, giving us the chance to get to know them better.
Except in the case of emergencies or unavoidable absences, your pet will be treated by the same vet every time you visit us. This continuity of care gives your pet the chance to develop a happy, comfortable relationship with their vet (making future appointments and visits a lot less stressful).
Our years of experience and expert qualifications mean we’ll be able to give your pet a diagnosis as quickly as possible, so we can get started on making them feel better right away.
State-of-the-art facilities and equipment allows us in-depth internal and external views of your pet’s body, making identifying and diagnosing problems quicker and easier. This includes x-rays, ultrasounds, ECGs and endoscopies.
