Prescription checks
We are legally required to physically examine all pets on long term prescription medications at least every six months. We will contact you if your pet’s repeat prescription check is due.

Food orders
Please try and provide brand names (e.g. Royal Canin) and size (e.g. 1kg) for all food items being ordered.
